Doctor's Clinic is closed weekends ... unless by special arrangement/appointment (at additional cost)
* Note: Special arrangements can be made to see the Doctor outside of normal hours, assuming they are available. This IS at an additional fee. Dr. Allen can be available on certain mornings, if enough advanced notice is given and his schedule is available.
It is highly recommended that you book your appointment(s) about 2 weeks in advance to get the times and dates you prefer. Because the doctor has a sterling reputation here in San Diego, we are frequently booked solid. We do utilize a "cancellation list" ... but only for those that already have a scheduled appointment.
Phone messages are returned in the order they are received Monday's thru Thursday's only. Be sure to leave your full name and phone number to ensure a prompt reply. Often patients have similar or the same first and last names. Please specify which Doctor you are calling for, and if you are a New Patient or existing patient.
If you have medical-type questions, please EMAIL the doctor directly. He prefers to have your issues in writing, and can respond better via email. For this reason, he does NOT return phone calls. Please be sure to mention in your email how you heard about him. DrAllen@Precision-Chiro.com
Office Fees vary depending on your insurance coverage, or lack-there-of. New Patient Exams are $125 for a one-hour exam. If you were referred by an existing patient your exam is discounted to only $67 for that same one-hour exam. If you have insurance, you must call the office with your insurance card in hand. We will do our best to verify it and return your call within 48 hours during the weekdays. For those that pay the cash fee, but would like to submit a receipt to their insurance, a complete detail receipt is supplied upon request for those that choose to reduce their deductible, get money back from their insurance directly, or use a Health Savings Account, or Flexible Spending Account. Once an existing patient, office visits are $67 unless you are using your insurance copay.
Custom Orthotics DO require an appointment with the Doctor. The Ortho Exam & Molding appointment is $67. The orthotics themselves are $247 for a pair.

Whether to provide additional information, schedule or re-schedule appointments, give accurate diagnosis and immediate solutions to fix your issue, or handle your injury as an emergency when required.
